The crew app shows each crew member their work orders, lets them check in and out with GPS, upload job photos, tick off checklists and collect a homeowner signature at completion. It installs from the browser, so there is nothing to download from an app store.

What the crew app does

Six things a crew member can do from a phone, each tied to the job record in the CRM.

GPS Check-In / Out
Check in and out of a work order. The phone's location is recorded when it is shared.
Auto-Upload Geotagged Photos
Take photos from the work order and they upload to that job.
Offline Warning
A banner shows when the phone is offline, so the crew knows changes are waiting to send.
Crew QC Checklists
Tick off each checklist item. The office sees who completed it and when.
Directions to Job
The job address opens in Maps.
Customer Sign-Off
Add a completion note and an optional homeowner signature when the work is done.
