01 · Measurement

The measurement report and the CRM are one company

AerialReports has produced aerial roof measurement reports since 2014. Ordering from a job means no second vendor account, and your plan discount (10% on Solo up to 30% on Scale and Enterprise) comes off the report price. A person checks every report before it is delivered.

02 · Estimating

A delivered report becomes an estimate draft

The measurements fill a priced estimate and a 3D roof model on the same job. You adjust waste and margin, send it for e-sign, and export an Xactimate-formatted file or Symbility XML when the carrier needs one. Those files are for you to review and import; for an estimate built in Xactimate itself, request a white-glove Xactimate estimate from the job.

03 · Follow-up
