Each report is priced from the AerialReports list price for its type and size, minus the discount for your plan. Size, rush delivery, export format and other add-ons change the final price.

There is no long-term contract on monthly plans, and you can cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed up front for the year, which is how you save two months. Enterprise and custom agreements are set per organization.
Every plan includes email and in-app chat support and the knowledge base. Pro adds priority response, and Scale and Enterprise include a dedicated success manager and onboarding.
