What we are building

The goal is the same workflow ABC Supply customers already have: build the estimate, turn the material lines into a purchase order, and keep the order on the job.

Connect your QXO account

You sign in to your own QXO account from the CRM. Your pricing and branch assignment stay with QXO.

Build the order from the estimate

Material line items, quantities and the delivery address carry over from the estimate so you review a draft instead of retyping it.

Keep the order on the job

The submitted order and its status are attached to the job record next to the estimate and proposal.

About the name: QXO acquired Beacon Building Products in 2025, and Beacon locations now operate under the QXO brand. Nothing on this page is a statement from QXO, and we will not list the integration as live until it is.

Use ABC Supply ordering, which is live, or build a purchase order from any estimate and send it to the supplier you already use. The integrations page lists every connection and its status, and pricing shows which plan includes what.

QXO integration questions

Can I order from QXO through AerialReports CRM today?

Not yet. QXO ordering is in development and is being tested in QXO's sandbox environment. ABC Supply ordering is the supplier integration that is live now.

Do I need a separate QXO account?

You will connect the QXO account you already have. Your account number, contract pricing and branch assignment stay with QXO and are not changed by AerialReports.

Did the Beacon rebrand change anything?

QXO acquired Beacon Building Products in 2025 and Beacon locations now operate under the QXO name. The integration we are building targets QXO's current partner API.

Can a job use more than one supplier?

Yes. A job's materials can be split into separate purchase orders, so you can send one to ABC Supply and handle another supplier by exporting a purchase order.

How will I know when QXO ordering is available?

It will be listed as live on the integrations page. If you want to be told, email integrations@aerialreports.com and we will let you know.
