Connecting AerialReports CRM to ABC Supply
Follow this checklist to link your ABC Supply (myABCSupply) account so product search, branch lookup, and catalog sync work from your job card.
Who does this: a platform admin does this once for your whole company — not once per crew member. ABC Supply credentials are entered in Admin Console and apply to every user on your account.
Get your ABC Supply API credentials
Go to apidocs.abcsupply.com and sign in as an ABC Supply partner/customer. Under Manage Apps, create (or open) your application to get a Client ID and Client Secret.
- Sandbox apps use sandbox credentials — keep your app in Sandbox mode until ABC promotes it to Production.
- The Client Secret is shown once — copy it somewhere safe before leaving the page.
Open Admin Console → API Keys
In AerialReports CRM, go to Admin Console → API Keys & Config. Find the ABC Supply section.
Enter your Client ID and Client Secret
Paste the values from step 1 into ABC Supply Client ID and ABC Supply Client Secret, then set ABC Supply sandbox to match your app's environment — 1 for sandbox (default), 0 only once ABC has promoted your app to production.
Save
Click Save. The connection takes effect within about 30 seconds — no redeploy or restart needed.
Test the connection
Go to Settings → Supplier Feeds and click Test Connection on the ABC Supply card. A successful test confirms your token was issued and ABC Supply accepted it.
Sync the catalog (optional)
Once connected, click Sync Catalog on the same card to pull ABC Supply roofing products into your Company Library, so they're available when building estimates.
What this connection covers today: product search, branch lookup, and catalog sync run off this one platform-level connection for your whole company. Contracted per-account pricing requires ABC Supply's per-contractor login (Authorization Code flow) — that's on our roadmap for a future release. Until then, quotes are flagged accordingly so nobody mistakes a placeholder price for your real contract rate.
